Payment methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. The icons at the bottom of every page reflect exactly what you will see at checkout.

Pay in four

Shop Pay, Klarna and Afterpay let you split any order into four interest-free payments at checkout. The instalment agreement is between you and that provider, on their terms; we charge nothing extra for it.

When you are charged

Payment is taken in full when you place the order, not when it ships. If we cannot fulfil an order, you are refunded in full before you have to ask.

Currency

All prices on this site are in US dollars, and your card is charged in US dollars. Your bank may apply its own exchange rate if your card is issued in another currency.

Sales tax

Where sales tax applies to your state, it is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. The price on the product page is the price before tax.

Security

Checkout runs on Shopify's encrypted checkout. We never see or store your card number. What reaches us is the last four digits, the card type, and whether the payment succeeded.

Something wrong on your statement?

Charges appear as SAINT NORDA or SP SAINTNORDA. If you see a charge you do not recognise, email support@saintnorda.com with the date and amount before disputing it with your bank — we resolve almost everything within a day, and a resolved question is faster than a chargeback for everyone including you.
