Ships within 1–2 business days. If it has been longer than that, email us with your order number and we will tell you exactly where it is.

Tracking has not moved

It is normal for a tracking number to sit at the first scan for a day or two, and for international handovers to go quiet for up to five business days. If nothing has changed for longer than that, write to us.

It says delivered but nothing arrived

Check with your neighbours and your building's mail room first — most parcels turn up there. If it is still missing, email us within 14 days and we open an investigation with the carrier.

Everything else

Email support@saintnorda.com with your order number. A person reads it and answers within one business day.
