Everything below applies to orders inside the United States. We do not ship elsewhere yet.

Rates and delivery times

One rate, one delivery window, everywhere we ship. Alaska, Hawaii and the territories can run a few days longer than the mainland, but you never pay more for them.

Delivery time starts the day your parcel ships, not the day you order. Ships within 1–2 business days.

Tracking

You get an email with a tracking link the moment the parcel leaves. It can take a day before the carrier's first scan appears — that is normal and does not mean anything is wrong.

Where your order ships from

Our products are made and dispatched through established suppliers rather than from a warehouse we rent in the US. That is why delivery takes longer than it would from a same-day retailer, and it is a large part of why the price is what it is. We would rather tell you that here than have you find out from a tracking page.

Wrong address

Check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email support@saintnorda.com immediately — we can usually fix it as long as the parcel has not shipped.

Missing parcel

If tracking says delivered and nothing arrived, check with your neighbours and your building's mail room first, then email us within 14 days. We open an investigation with the carrier and keep you posted.

Duties and taxes

Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies. There are no import duties to pay on delivery — anything owed is settled before your parcel is dispatched.
