Returns. Walk them indoors on a clean floor as long as you like. Send them back within 30 days with the soles unmarked and the box intact. Return shipping is at your cost unless the pair is faulty or we sent the wrong size. Full details are on our refund policy page.

Which size should I order?
Order your usual US size — the EU size is in brackets on every option. Between sizes? Take the half size up in a closed shoe.

Can I try them on and still return them?
Yes. Walk them indoors on a clean floor. As long as the soles are unmarked and the box is intact, you have 30 days.

How do I care for suede?
A suede brush and distance from heavy rain covers most of it. Wet? Dry at room temperature, never on a radiator.
